pomabrush model 2.0
Each Pomabrush set includes one sonic electric toothbrush handle with a brush head pre-installed, one additional brush head, one portable charging case with UV-C hygiene cycle, one USB-C to magnetic charging cable, and one user manual.
Fully charge the portable charging case first using the USB-C to magnetic charging cable. Then place the toothbrush handle inside the case, close the lid securely, and allow the handle to charge.
The toothbrush handle provides approximately 30 days of battery life based on two 2-minute brushing sessions per day.
The toothbrush handle takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge. The charging case takes approximately 6 hours to fully charge.
Pomabrush has three modes: Cleaning for standard daily brushing, Whitening for enhanced cleaning and surface stain removal, and Massage for pulsing gum stimulation.
Press the power button to turn the toothbrush on, then press again within 3 seconds to cycle through the modes. The LED ring colour shows the active mode.
Yes. Pomabrush has a 2-minute auto shut-off timer with short 30-second interval pulses to help guide you through the four brushing quadrants.
A red flashing ring may mean you are applying too much pressure. Ease off slightly to help protect your teeth and gums. It can also indicate low battery when the brush needs charging.
The toothbrush handle is IPX7 rated and can be safely rinsed under running water or used in the shower. The charging case is not waterproof and should not be immersed in water.
When the toothbrush is placed in the charging case and the lid is closed, the UV-C hygiene cycle activates automatically for 2 minutes. The purple case LED stays on during the cycle and turns off when complete.
Replace the brush head every 3 months for optimal brushing performance and hygiene, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. Brush head longevity is affected by brushing technique, and can vary per user.
Yes. The toothbrush can also be charged directly using the USB-C to magnetic charging cable, although using the charging case is recommended for protection, charging and UV-C cleaning.

Each Pomafloss set includes one portable water flosser, one USB-C to magnetic charging cable, two standard nozzles, and one user manual.
Connect the magnetic end of the cable to the charging port and the USB-C end to a compatible 5V/1A power adapter. Charge the device fully before first use.
Pomafloss takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge.
The battery lasts at least 10 days per charge under typical use.
The water tank holds up to 150 mL of clean water.
Pomafloss has four pressure levels, ranging from lower-pressure cleaning to stronger water pressure for more intensive cleaning.
Pulse mode provides intermittent water flow for an enhanced massage effect. It can be activated by pressing the power button once during standby or operation.
Fill the water tank with clean water, attach the tank securely, insert a nozzle until it clicks, select your preferred pressure level, and use the water stream to clean between teeth and along the gumline.
Yes. The device automatically powers off after 2 minutes of continuous operation to help prevent overheating.
Flight mode disables the buttons to prevent accidental activation during travel. Hold the mode button for 2 seconds to activate or deactivate it.
After use, empty the water tank and reattach it. The UV-C hygiene cycle activates automatically, and the UV-C LED stays on for 60 seconds while the cleaning cycle runs.
Replace the nozzles every 6 months for best hygiene and performance.

They are designed to be compatible with all Pomabrush models.
Each brush head is designed to stay effective for up to 3 months, so a 4-pack provides up to 1 year of use.
The brush heads feature soft, charcoal-infused nylon inner bristles with antimicrobial silicone outer bristles.
The W-shaped slope is designed to help the bristles reach deeper between teeth and along the gumline for more precise, contoured cleaning.
Yes. The silicone outer edges are designed to gently massage the gums while supporting a thorough but comfortable brushing experience.

Shipping times depend largely on customs processing in your country. In most cases, delivery takes between 5 and 7 business days, but this may vary depending on local customs and courier services.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, we will contact the warehouse from which your order was dispatched and provide you with an update as soon as possible. Please contact us and include your order number to help us track your shipment efficiently.

Warranty and Replacement
Poma Lifestyle devices include a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Please view our warranty page for more details.
In most cases Poma Lifestyle does not offer a discount for new products once a product's warranty period has elapsed. However, we might be able to assist, so please feel free to contact us.
No. Warranty replacements can only be processed within the country of original purchase.
