Yes. The new Pomabrush is compatible with the old brush heads, and the previous Pomabrush model is also compatible with the new replacement brush heads. You can mix and match them without any issues.
At present, the Pomabrush is only available in the colours shown on our website.
No, the charging case is not waterproof. It is resistant to splashes, but should not be directly exposed to, or submerged in, water.
Rinse the brush heads and handle under warm water after each use. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and a soft brush to remove any buildup. Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents. Warm water is recommended.
Yes. The Pomabrush is IPX7 waterproof and safe to use in the shower. The charging case is not waterproof.
On a full charge, the Pomabrush can last up to 30 days out of its case. Actual usage time may vary depending on frequency and selected modes.
Yes. The brush heads are designed to clean effectively around braces without causing damage. Use gentle, circular motions and take extra care along the gumline and around each individual tooth.
Please check whether your charging case has enough charge left to charge the brush. The green light on the outside of the case will flash when its charge is low.
Please ensure the brush is properly positioned inside the charging case, so that it makes contact with the magnetic charging port. The brush's LED ring light will pulse green to indicate it is charging.

Brush head lifespan can vary depending on individual brushing habits or technique. Using brush heads on braces or applying excessive pressure may cause bristles to wear out sooner. The 3-month lifespan is an underestimation in most cases. However, according to dental best practice it is recommended to change brush heads at least every 3 months.

Shipping times depend largely on customs processing in your country. In most cases, delivery takes between 5 and 7 business days, but this may vary depending on local customs and courier services.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, we will contact the warehouse from which your order was dispatched and provide you with an update as soon as possible. Please contact us and include your order number to help us track your shipment efficiently.

Warranty and Replacement
Poma Lifestyle devices include a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Please view our warranty page for more details.
In most cases Poma Lifestyle does not offer a discount for new products once a product's warranty period has elapsed. However, we might be able to assist, so please feel free to contact us.
No. Warranty replacements can only be processed within the country of original purchase.
