2.1 Consumers vs. Distributors. These Terms apply only to individual and business customers (i.e., “Consumers”) who purchase directly from the Poma Lifestyle online store, and do not have an official distribution agreement with Poma Lifestyle LTD. Distributors have separate, off-site agreements and are not bound by these Terms.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Placing an Order. After selecting a product, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. That confirmation is not our acceptance of your order—it’s acknowledgement of receipt.

3.2 Prices & Fees. All prices are shown in your chosen currency and include any applicable VAT or sales tax. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3.3 Payment Methods. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.4 Order Cancellation. You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement by contacting support. After that, we may have already begun processing and your cancellation request may be denied.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Estimates. Delivery timeframes vary by destination; see our Shipping & Returns Policy for more details.

4.2 Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the order from our warehouse.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content. All text, images, logos, and designs on the Site are owned or licensed by Poma Lifestyle and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

At Poma Lifestyle, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by external factors such as power surges or exposure to liquids (unless the product is explicitly designed for such conditions).

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Poma Lifestyle or authorized resellers. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. For optimal performance and safety, we recommend using Poma products as instructed in the user manual and only with compatible accessories and power sources.

As a best practice in the consumer electronics industry, Poma products undergo rigorous quality control and testing. If a defect is confirmed, Poma will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with an equivalent item, or issue a refund. Replacements may be new or refurbished, and the warranty continues from the original purchase date—not from the replacement date.

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days after placement. We aim to ship sooner using DHL Express, so you may receive your order in less time.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Costs

2. Returns & Warranty

2.1 Unwanted Items

  • If you change your mind, you may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the customer’s responsibility.

2.2 Defective Products (2-Year Warranty)

  • All Poma Lifestyle products carry a 2-year defect warranty from the date of delivery.
  • If a product is confirmed defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping via DHL Express. Please follow our Returns Procedure below.

2.3 Returns Procedure

  2. Our team will review and, if approved, send you a prepaid DHL return label (for defects) or return instructions (for unwanted items).
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest DHL location.
